Chesna has come from a secondary teaching background. She has recently completed a Masters in Development Studies at Victoria University.

Andrea Trappitt

Andrea has a background in the hospitality industry, as a café worker and chef, and has a strong focus on customer service.

Monique Hay

Monique has recently completed degrees in performance music and human resource management at Victoria University of Wellington.  She teaches music part-time and plays in several music groups.

Paul has experience as a primary and secondary teacher, as an advisor at the New Zealand Teachers Council, and most recently as a senior policy analyst for the Ministry of Education.

Marg Gillaly

Marg is a trained teacher with many years of experience working in primary schools both in New Zealand and the UK. She held middle and senior management positions in a number of these schools. Marg has worked as an associate teacher for students from Victoria University School of Education and participated in a number of teacher education programmes. She has recently left classroom teaching to join Educating NZ.
