Graham Smeaton is now an international market development advisor after a lengthy and successful career in New Zealand Trade & Enterprise and its various predecessor organisations.

He has a strong record of achievement in assisting a wide range of consultancy and service companies obtain offshore work including World Bank and Asian Development Bank projects. He has wide knowledge of many offshore markets and has also worked with various additional sectors including manufacturing, training and food & beverages. He has in-depth knowledge of the business environment and practices in the Middle East. He has also arranged extensive offshore promotion activities and travelled widely elsewhere on international trade promotion business.

Graham has a well recognized profile in the Wellington export scene and strong networks across service sector companies throughout New Zealand that focus on Development Bank and developing country business.
