Paul joined Educating NZ in 2008 and specialises in coordinating and developing education projects as well as business development. He provides project management and content expertise.
Paul trained as a teacher and has worked in primary and secondary schools in New Zealand and Japan. He has worked for the New Zealand Teachers Council in the area of teacher education. During that time, Paul led the development and implementation of the Code of Ethics for Teachers.
Before joining Educating NZ, Paul worked for the Ministry of Education as a senior policy analyst. While there, Paul was closely involved in the development of the Schooling Strategy and had a lead role in the review and development of the Ministry’s policy for teacher learning and professional development.
